AI Transparency

What our AI does
Offer Pilot uses AI to help you prepare materials: it tailors your resume to a role, scores how well a job fits your background, drafts cover letters and outreach, and prepares interview answers. The AI works for the candidate.
What our AI never does
- It does not make hiring or employment decisions, and is not sold to employers to screen candidates.
- It does not auto-submit applications — you review and submit everything yourself.
- It does not fabricate experience. Tailoring only re-orders and re-phrases facts already in your dataset and base resumes.
Model disclosure
We use a mix of frontier and cost-tier models depending on the task and disclose the model used in each generated output. We do not train models on your personal data.
Accuracy & review
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Every generated artifact is a draft for you to review and edit before relying on it. Our quality gate flags writing that reads AI-generated so you can revise it.
Fairness & bias mitigation
Because resume tooling can affect employment outcomes, we treat fairness seriously. We exclude protected-class attributes from fit scoring, and we plan an annual, independent bias audit of our evaluation models, publishing a summary of findings and remediations.
Your controls
You decide what goes into your dataset and base resumes, and which roles to pursue. You may review your full activity log on the Activity page, and you control whether to disclose AI assistance to employers. See our Privacy Policy for data rights.
